Senior Consultant- Servicenow tester

Key Responsibilities :

• Experience in leading the ServiceNow testing projects for about 1 2 years and should have complete knowledge on the testing process
• Should have experience in preparing Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules Incident management Change management Problem management Service Catalog etc
• ITOM SOM HRSD etc
• Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework ATF automation tool
• Proficiency in understanding the requirements and review test cases efficiently
• Should have involved in the ServiceNow Integrations validation
• Involvement in Test Execution Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting
• Good in Client communications and sharing the Monthly Weekly and Daily status report
• Should track the deliverables as project timelines and good in highlighting project risks
• Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process
• Good understanding of CMDB service mapping and Discovery
• Involved in Dashboards reports and SLA s testing
• ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in handling upgrade and regression testing
• Ability to contribute to a high performing motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
• Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage
