Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job descriptionHands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. Functional documentation creation, including process flows, wireframes, and functional documents. EPIC and user story structure creation and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle. Configuration of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Custom object, field, validation rule, and workflow optimization. Partnering with developers to ensure customizations align with functional design.
The Role of Salesforce Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver scalable and robust Salesforce solutions leveraging industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement configurations, permissions, workflows, and third-party app integrations to meet business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges.
Solution Requirements include requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, stakeholder collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
