Job descriptionA minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration. In-depth knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
Salesforce Functional Consultant Role
As a seasoned Salesforce professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by translating customer needs into seamless solutions.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations.
- Manage product backlogs and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills.
- Continuously assess and improve processes based on evolving business needs.
