About the Role :
Seeking a seasoned Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Account Mining, Farming, and New Account Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and consulting. This role requires nurturing long-term client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and opening new business opportunities across the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive account mining and farming by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in IT solutions for existing accounts.
- Lead new account acquisition initiatives within the Gurugram / Delhi / NCR regions.
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Pre-sales, Solution Architects) to tailor offerings according to client needs.
- Track and manage account health, revenue forecasting, and pipeline growth.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and digital transformation areas (ERP, Data, Cloud, Analytics).
- Ensure timely and clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders for successful execution.
Required Skills & Experience :
8–10 years of proven experience in Account Management, preferably in IT / Tech services.Demonstrated success in mining and farming large accounts as well as opening new accounts.Strong understanding of IT industry solutions (ERP, Cloud, Analytics, SaaS, Digital Transformation).Excellent relationship-building skills at CXO and senior stakeholder levels.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Self-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Nice-to-Have :
