Role Description

Set up cross-border freight forwarding business from scratch.

Develop end-to-end processes for export-import operations.

Identify and manage international logistics partners .

Handle compliance for international trade and ensure legal documentation.

Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.

Negotiate ocean freight rates and ensure cost optimization.

Ensure timely execution of shipments and customs clearance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Responsible for aggregating new business, acquiring clients, and building partnerships to drive growth and expand Logipod's market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cross-border logistics or freight forwarding.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in handling export-import documentation.
• Strong negotiation skills for freight rate management.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency – MS Office, emails, and documentation tools.
