Inside Sales Intern

Job Title : Operations Intern

Location : Gurugram (On-site)

Duration : 3–6 Months (with possibility of full-time conversion)

Identify and contact potential pharmacy partners through outbound calls to generate leads and explain KwikMedi's value proposition clearly and convincingly.

Schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) / Field Sales team and follow up with leads to ensure engagement.

Handle inbound calls and inquiries, converting them into onboarding opportunities.

Make structured feedback calls to pharmacies after sales team visits, assess interest, and take ownership of onboarding where applicable.

Manage end-to-end onboarding process – from document collection and verification to successful registration.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner data in CRM tools and Google Sheets.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure smooth communication and partner satisfaction.

Assist in improving operational processes based on partner feedback and on-ground insights.

Requirements :

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a proactive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Basic understanding of the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a bonus.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
