We’re hiring candidates from Ahmedabad to join The Bawa Bistro — the city’s beloved 16-seater destination for authentic home-style Parsi cuisine and premium catering.

As we prepare to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager who can take charge of daily

operations, ensure top-notch guest experience, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Manage customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
• Maintain stock, control wastage, and manage daily accounts
• Plan staff schedules, lead briefings, and ensure hygiene compliance
• Oversee catering orders (up to 100 guests)
• Drive sales and maintain monthly performance reports
