Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Republic Media is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive to manage key human resource functions, with a strong focus on sourcing and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, playing a critical role in building and nurturing strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

Role Understanding

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job roles and ideal candidate profiles.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition :

Actively source candidates from various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals etc.

Pipeline Building

Create and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Coordination & Onboarding :

Schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates.

Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollout :

Handle compensation discussions and issue offer letters as per company standards.

Stakeholder & Internal Coordination :

Act as a bridge between department heads, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure alignment and timely decisions.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree is must.

3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Experience in Bulk hiring and walk in drive), Non Technical.

Extensive experience with job portals, Naukri and LinkedIn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with data proficiency.

Strong negotiation and multitasking.
