Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Skills Required :

Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
