Primary Responsibilities :

• Capable to handle a team of 8-12 people across location
• Generate innovative solutions to resolve application problems
• Can engage in architectural discussion / review for the betterment of the product
• Communicate with all stakeholders / Leaders
• Demonstrate as subject matter expertise in his / her chosen functional / application area
• Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
• Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance
• Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems
• Take complete ownership of the assigned applications
• Drive initiatives for betterment
• Developing and deploying scalable web based Generative AI powered webservices
• Adaptable to need based on working hours if required
