About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, data driven and experienced HR Business Partner to support our ever growing India site focused on our Corporate Functions and Customer Success groups . This role is critical to driving talent strategies, enabling organizational effectiveness, and aligning people priorities with business goals.

You will act as a strategic advisor to Corporate Functions and Customer Success leaders, helping to shape the future of Rubrik's G&A organization through organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change enablement utilizing benchmarks and data to provide strategic consultation to our leaders working across India and Americas.

As a key member of the HR Business Partner team, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performing, inclusive culture and delivering HR solutions that scale with the business.

What You'll Do

Strategic HR partnership :

• Partner closely with G&A and Customer Success leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and culture.
• Help build a strong, engaged team culture that attracts, develops, and retains top cybersecurity talent.
