Overview :
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy of a fast-growing, well-funded children's consumer goods startup based in Mumbai. This high-impact position reports directly to the founders and will be responsible for strategic HR initiatives, performance management, talent development, and culture-building in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications :
Education : MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
Experience : 8–12 years in HR, with at least 3 years working directly with founders.
Startup Experience : Proven experience in scaling startups and handling high-growth phases.
Track Record : Strong history in strategic HR, performance optimization, and leadership development.
