AWS Java Developer

Job Title : Senior Backend Developer – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS (CTH – 1 Year)

Experience Required : 5+ Years (Mandatory)

Job Type : Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) with potential FTE conversion | FTE Role

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face (F2F) or Virtual (based on availability)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Backend Developer with 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS , and Kafka .

This is a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) opportunity for 1 year, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates must be immediately available or able to join within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Implement scalable, distributed systems with Kafka for event streaming
• Develop cloud-native applications utilizing AWS services such as :
• S3 (object storage)
• Lambda (serverless compute)
• ECS (container orchestration)
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams for successful feature rollouts
• Optimize system performance and ensure availability, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions
