Now, we’re building the  Flexi Community Product  — a digital platform that transforms how leaders connect, collaborate, and co-create value beyond the physical roundtable.

About the Role

We’re hiring a  Product Owner  who can think like a founder and build like a community architect.

Your mission : design, shape, and scale the digital layer of Flexi Roundtables — from engagement tools and event insights to member journeys and partner dashboards.

This isn’t a typical SaaS product role. It’s about building  network effects  — one leader, one connection, one insight at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy :  Translate the Flexi Roundtables experience into a digital-first ecosystem for leaders, partners, and sponsors.
• Roadmap Ownership :  Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and balance user delight with business outcomes.
• Community Intelligence :  Collaborate with data, marketing, and content teams to build personalized leader profiles, recommendations, and insights.
• Execution :  Work with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Feedback Loop :  Engage directly with leaders and partners to gather feedback and refine product features.
• Impact Measurement :  Define success metrics (engagement, retention, NPS, network depth) and track adoption across cohorts.
