Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements renewals and expansions.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants , retail chains and brokers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail sector developments to guide leasing decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations team to plan tenant mix, promotional events and mall positioning
• Review and approve lease terms, conditions and legal documentation in coordination with the legal team.
• Manage tenant onboarding , space handovers and ensure adherence to lease compliance
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, market insights and forecast revenue
• Lead and mentor the leasing team to achieve set targets and improve operational efficiency.
