Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Calling Executive. The role is based in Kozhikode. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to provide information about our services, answering their queries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and following up on leads. Additional responsibilities include managing customer complaints, building relationships with clients, and achieving individual and team targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
