Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Bengaluru South. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of pastries, desserts, and bread. Daily tasks include creating and executing recipes, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing inventory of ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. Collaboration with team members to develop new menu items and meet customer preferences is an essential part of the job.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Baking, Pastry preparation, and Food Preparation
Proficiency in Cooking techniques and knowledge of Culinary Skills
Creativity in designing and presenting pastries and baked goods
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Good time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Formal training from a culinary arts school or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience in kitchen management or bakery operations is a plus
