Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Apply deep understanding of complex and strategic technology needs within mid-market businesses.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline; discover, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers.
- Identify and understand customer pain points; lead and participate in strategy sessions to propose tailored technology solutions.
- Make informed business decisions grounded in data and quantifiable information.
- Create and present detailed proposals to stakeholders, providing insight into their strategic initiatives and aligning services to their business needs.
- Retain customers by ensuring high responsiveness to both existing and prospective clients' technology solution requests.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Apply knowledge of technology operations, corporate infrastructure, networking technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication, problem-solving, and identification of additional business opportunities.
- Drive demand generation activities via virtual / video meetings, emails, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of consultative selling experience in technology solutions and services, especially Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, targeting mid-market companies.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.Ability to build trust and communicate key information effectively across video, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions; confidence and professionalism in proposal delivery.Strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of business processes and sales models.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze past sales patterns to improve future outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to adapt behaviors for improved results and stakeholder engagement.Technical proficiency with sales intelligence tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Commitment to continuous professional development.Strong drive, passion, and commitment to achieve sales success.Bachelor's degree preferred.Skills Required
