Your Role

As an Executive Chef at StayVista , you’ll be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, overseeing food production at the villa level, and providing training to kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards and operational efficiency.

About You

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals, maintaining consistency in quality.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.

• Research and stay updated on culinary trends to innovate menu items.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
