We are seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous record-keeping, cash management, and financial reporting, using advanced Excel skills to ensure accuracy and provide key data insights.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all daybook entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle cash handling and daily cash flow management.
- Use Advanced Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure all financial records are kept up-to-date and are easily auditable.
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare financial summaries.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
Skills Required
Proficiency in managing daybook entries and financial records.Experience with cash handling and daily cash flow management.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.Strong attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong communication skills to report findings and work with other teams.Skills Required
