Job descriptionReconcile bank statements monthly Perform inventory BRS and analyze stock valuation Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies Prepare financial reports (cash flows, trial balances, aging reports) Maintain organized records of financial documents Support audit and compliance documentation Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for inventory data Communicate with vendors / banks to resolve payment issues Provide backup for payroll and tax filing processes Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance basics Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do
Daily Accounting
- Record journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, verify invoices, and process vendor payments
- Assist in month-end closing activities
Bank & Inventory Reconciliation
Reporting & Documentation
