Junior Account Executive [30 / 10 / 2025]

• Record journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
• Manage accounts payable / receivable, verify invoices, and process vendor payments
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements monthly
• Perform inventory BRS and analyze stock valuation
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports (cash flows, trial balances, aging reports)
• Maintain organized records of financial documents
• Support audit and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for inventory data
• Communicate with vendors / banks to resolve payment issues
• Provide backup for payroll and tax filing processes
• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance basics
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
