Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL workflows. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ETL tools, SQL, data integration, and data warehousing concepts, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and performance across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into ETL solutions.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across different environments.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation during the ETL process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
• Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based platforms to build scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Document ETL workflows, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Support ongoing data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives.
