Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Learning and Development - Healthcare. The position is located in Coimbatore. Healthcare experience is a must. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the training and development programs, managing learning systems, planning succession, conducting employee engagement activities, and ensuring all training initiatives align with the organization&aposs goals. The role involves designing and implementing effective learning strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Experience in Succession Planning and conducting Training sessions
• Strong skills in Employee Engagement
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
