Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of educational products — from ideation and planning to development, launch, and performance evaluation.

Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies aligned with market demand and organizational goals.

Define detailed product requirements and specifications using market insights, data analysis, and customer feedback.

Lead product development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high quality standards.

Develop product marketing strategies, including promotional assets, sales enablement tools, and launch plans.

Track product performance regularly and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and product expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably within the education, publishing, or EdTech sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for education and a commitment to delivering impactful learning solutions.
