Key Responsibilities :

• Curate and craft inventive cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using Swa syrups for prospects, clients, and industry events.
• Conduct engaging tastings, workshops, and bartender training / engagement sessions for clients and their teams.
• Lead client acquisition efforts : identify and win new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and food service accounts in Gujarat.
• Nurture existing client relationships to drive deeper sales and account penetration.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for new recipe launches, tailored presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Swa at local and regional events, F&B showcases, and industry collaborations.
• Own revenue, sales pipeline, reporting, and innovative projects for the Ahmedabad region.

able to open new accounts and convert tastings / workshops into sales.
