Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making across departments like Marketing Sales Academics and Product. You will play a pivotal role in identifying trends measuring performance and providing actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect process and analyze large data sets from various sources (CRM LMS Marketing platforms etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies student engagement and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand user behavior academic performance and sales trends
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning procedures
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
• Support A / B testing and performance analysis of various academic and marketing initiatives
