About the Role – Tele calling Consultant

The Tele calling Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to drive sales, resolve queries, and ensure a superior customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling techniques, and the ability to nurture customer relationships to achieve revenue and retention goals.

Work Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote ET products.
  • Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide detailed product explanations.
  • Deliver high-quality sales pitches tailored to customer needs and pain points.
  • Track, manage, and update leads in CRM systems effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for conversions and revenue.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve tele calling scripts and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share insights on customer behavior.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in tele sales / tele calling / customer support.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Persuasive selling skills with customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong listening skills and patience to deal with diverse customer profiles.
