Bee Global is hiring a Sales Specialist to handle incoming and outgoing IndiaMART inquiries, and leads, convert leads into confirmed orders, and manage the full sales follow-up cycle. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, explaining products, and closing deals consistently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all IndiaMART inquiries daily — calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups, quotations
- Convert incoming leads into orders through clear communication and structured follow-up
- Understand honey variants, packaging options, jar sizes, pricing, and explain them confidently to customers
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and order status
- Coordinate with operations for sample dispatches, packaging details, and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain customer database, track leads, and ensure timely closure
- Communicate with customers in Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory)
- Tamil or Telugu language skills are an added advantage
- Provide daily updates to the management team
