Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Selling Manager located in Tiruppur. The Selling Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and developing a sales team, formulating sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves regular interactions with customers, handling customer inquiries, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the Selling Manager will be involved in market analysis and reporting on sales performance.

• Experience in developing and implementing Sales Strategies
• Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives
• Proficiency in using sales tracking software and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the electrical or cable industry is a plus
