Role Overview
As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and scripting short-form content that strengthens Rotoris' brand identity. You'll collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to create narratives that are simple, intelligent, and cinematic — content that makes people stop scrolling and feel something.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for short-form content including reels, ads, and branded films.
- Work closely with founders, designers, and videographers to align content with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Build a consistent narrative framework that captures Rotoris' ethos — precision, depth, and character.
- Analyze audience engagement and help shape content strategies that resonate with the modern luxury consumer.
- Stay updated on cultural trends, emerging formats, and evolving storytelling styles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in writing short-form content, reels, ad films, or branded storytelling.Strong understanding of creative strategy, tonality, and visual storytelling.Ability to distill complex brand ideas into concise, impactful messaging.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments.Detail-oriented with exceptional time management and adaptability across multiple projects.Preferred Qualifications
