Growth Marketing Campaign and Strategy
Denave is a sale-enablement services organization with multiple lines of businesses (LOB / BUs) including Intelligent Data Services, Business Analytics, Technology Platforms, Digital Marketing, Customer Outreach, Field Sales & Marketing and Demand Generation. The Demand Generation BU houses all Lead-Generation, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Marketing teams with Delivery centres across 5 locations currently - India (Noida, Bangalore), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), UK (Woking), and Korea (Seoul). The company is looking to further expand delivery centres in US, AU, and Eastern Europe in the near future organically as well as through an M&A route. The Demand Generation BU handles both inbound chats / calls re-directed from our clients and conducts targeted account / contact based outbound outreach (both digital and tele-led) as per client mandates. Currently, there are centre heads / demand generation heads in each country. This position is involved in campaign planning and executing outcomes through integrated efforts and coordination between Intelligent Data Services, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics and Demand Generation teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Growth Strategy Development
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Leadership : Design and implement hyper-personalized ABM engines to drive growth, with a focus on predictive analytics and customer segmentation.
- Customer Engagement : Conduct ABM focus customer workshops to provide industry insights for sales and marketing teams, enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Global Growth Strategy : Develop and execute a global Growth Marketing Strategy that delivers high ROI, focusing on hyper-personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) for targeted funnel generation.
Campaign Planning and Execution
Social Media Marketing : Develop and implement growth-driven social media campaigns that align with overall brand messaging and positioning goals, increasing brand awareness and engagement.Digital Marketing : Developed a comprehensive Linkedin & 6sense remarketing strategy that influenced a funnelData-Driven Decision Making
Data Analysis : Leverage data analytics tools to track campaign performance and gain insights into customer behavior.ROI Focus : focused on reducing CPQ / CPL and increasing ROI of every project.Qualifications :
Education :PGDM or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputed instituteExperience :10+ years in digital, social, and growth marketing, preferably in global tech or telecommunications companies.Understands latest tech enabled transformations with proven track record in account-based marketing, marketing automation, and digital transformation.Experience leading cross-functional digital marketing teams with excellent people management skills.Skills :Expertise in Growth StrategyStrong understanding of Marketing Analytics , AI in Marketing , Customer Insights , and GTM Strategies .Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms , LinkedIn Marketing , Market Research , and Advanced Analytics tools.Skills Required
