Role : Freelance Sales Executive (Lucknow)
We are looking for experienced real estate professionals (5+ years) to collaborate with us on a flexible, freelance basis . You don't need to leave your existing job—earn additional commission per deal while leveraging your expertise and network.
Profit-Sharing Structure
- Leads generated by you : 70% of the profit.
- Leads provided by Urban Realty Hub : 30% of the profit.
Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Provide expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process.Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.Stay updated on market trends and property values.Qualifications :
Proven experience in real estate sales (5+ years preferred).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of the Lucknow property market.Self-motivated and results-driven.Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.Why Join Us
