Role : Freelance Sales Executive (Lucknow)

We are looking for experienced real estate professionals (5+ years) to collaborate with us on a flexible, freelance basis . You don't need to leave your existing job—earn additional commission per deal while leveraging your expertise and network.

Profit-Sharing Structure

  • Leads generated by you : 70% of the profit.
  • Leads provided by Urban Realty Hub : 30% of the profit.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (5+ years preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lucknow property market.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
  • Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
