Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business for our modular housing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the infrastructure market, identifying potential clients, and selling modular homes to targeted customers. All necessary training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 3–5 modular projects successfully.
- Understand the infrastructure and real estate market landscape.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts in the industry.
- Generate and manage leads through CRM systems.
- Sell modular home solutions to targeted customers.
- Focus primarily on key clients such as Prestige and Ramky Homes.
- Engage with secondary clientele, including UHNI customers.
- Work remotely or in a hybrid model as required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the real estate and infrastructure sectors.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proven sales track record in project-based or modular solutions.Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.Incentives
