About the Company :
Job Role & Responsibilities :
Identify, travel and connect with colleges and universities in the entire state to promote the
company's solution on secure printed marksheets and degree certificates.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including college administrators,
controller of examinations etc
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings.
Present and explain the benefits of the company' security printing solutions for the education
sector.
Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for college representatives.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain records of stock availability, ensuring timely follow-ups and restocking as needed.
Keepastructured data sheet of leads, follow-ups, and past clients for efficient account
management.
Stayupdated on industry trends, security regulations, and peer offerings.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education or IT / security solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
