Prayoga Institute of Education Research is a not-for-profit education research institute based in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in digital and offline outreach efforts and other Prayoga initiatives
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases
- Support communications with partner organisations, media contacts, and sponsors
- Contribute to the design and coordination of marketing materials (basic design skills are an asset)
- Develop and support donor engagement plans, including outreach and follow-up communications
- Track outreach impact and maintain detailed communication records
- Collaborate with educators, designers, and researchers to communicate Prayoga's vision effectively
- Run online campaigns to raise awareness and engagement for Prayoga's initiatives
- Draft or customise with the help of master content for each proposal
- Validate budget / create custom budget
- Review & send donor reports periodically
- Support with engaging with donors / run campaigns
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail with numbers & proposals
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in OutreachGraduation / Master's in Journalism / Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and knowledge of Kannada will be desirableProficient with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Office, Mailchimp, and OutlookStrong interest in education, science, or sustainability is highly desirableOrganised, self-motivated, and eager to learnWhat You'll Gain :
