Marketing, PMM, Sales, RevOps, Enablement . Key ownership areas :

Hire, onboard, coach, and performance‑manage SDR & LDR team

Align personas & messaging with PMM

Synchronise account lists and campaigns with Marketing

Partner with RevOps on reporting, funnel math, and tech‑stack efficiency
