Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling appointments. The role includes making cold calls, sending emails, and utilizing LinkedIn for outreach. The representative will work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
