Role : BigFix Admin

Shift- Rotational

Location : Mumbai (WFO)

Must Have Skills :

Expertise in BigFix administration, including design, deployment, and maintenance

Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, BigFix Scripting and Batch scripting

Ability to design and implement BigFix policies, workflows, and automation solutions

Knowledge of Linux / Unix systems

Experience in enterprise-scale environments with diverse OS and endpoint configurations

Job Description

• Degree BE / B.Tech / MCA in IT / Computer Science or higher with Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) / Microsoft Certified Server Administrator (MCSA) / ITMS Tools Certification from HP, ServiceNow, Remedy etc.,
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in ITSM Tools Operations and Support
• Tools support knowledge on Ansible, BigFix, Dell OME, HP IRS, DNS & IPAM (INFOBLOX)
• ITSM Services configuration, monitoring, and management of same
• DevOps experience & support CI CD
• Dashboard creation / validation
• Automation support for workflow enablement in ITSM tool and day 2 operations support
• Patch management & tool upgrade with OEM support
• Tools access management
• Monthly, Quarterly validation and reporting
