Sr. Associate Strategic Finance

Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance Marketplace Performance for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) . This person will partner closely with senior R&D leaders to craft our long-term term strategy drive focus efforts on top priorities and shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight analytical rigor and synthesized communication.

The role is highly cross-functional blending strategy & execution creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions within LinkedIns R&D team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify prioritize partner influence and implement high-impact change.

Responsibilities :

• Identifies new opportunities for growth makes novel strategic recommendations and drives strategy development for the member ecosystem. Ensures pressure testing of opportunities and the consideration of trade-offs and implications across functions / organizations.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective with minimal supervision. Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
• Communicates implications of work (e.g. forecasts analyses trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove / disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions deriving actionable insights from results.
• Independently create manage and update forecasting models for products initiatives and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem in close collaboration with Product teams.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and champions cross-functional collaboration aligning with LinkedIns values of transformation integrity and putting members first.
