About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead and expand India delivery operations, with direct accountability for delivery outcomes, people growth, and operational maturity. The Delivery Head will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, foster a culture of performance and innovation, and serve as a key partner to global executives in shaping India’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the India delivery center, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and delivery organization in India.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery standards, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation by encouraging adoption of new technologies and building intellectual property (IP) within the India team.
- Establish strong people development practices, nurturing emerging leaders and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance partners to support strategic decisions related
- Enable scalability and growth through efficient delivery governance,
performance measurement, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Ideal Profile
15–20 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in IT delivery ortechnology leadership roles.
Proven success leading teams of 200+ professionals in a technology orconsulting environment.
Deep understanding of digital engineering, commerce, or CRM solutions, withopenness to emerging technologies such as AI.
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain toptalent.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.Confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable operating across globalteams.
