Tethys Chem Private Limited (TCPL) is an India-based Coal Tar Refinery and Processing Company focused on Research & Development (R&D) and sustainability. We produce raw materials such as Carbon Black LS Feedstock, Specialty Feedstock, and various types of Coal Tar Pitch, serving industries like paints, refractories, tires, aluminum smelting, graphite electrodes, and foundries. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, equipped with semi-automated, oil-fired distillation reactors, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory that adheres to ASTM and IS standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bhilai. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves overseeing employee benefits, administering payroll, developing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

MBA - HR.

• Experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
• Skills in Performance Management and Compliance with Labor Laws
• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Employee Benefits Management
• Ability to Develop HR Policies and Foster a Positive Work Environment
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or processing industry is beneficial
