Job description-
Overall 5+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etcInvolved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud PayrollExperience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modulesMust have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
