Job Description :
- As a Senior Associate - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client / s administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Administrative Support :
Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments and senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Office Management :
Overseeing daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating with vendors as necessary.Documentation and Filing :
Managing documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy format. Ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of documents.Communication :
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones, responding to emails, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.Event Coordination :
Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and providing on-site support.Policy Compliance :
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.Team Collaboration :
Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.Skills Required
