Responsibilities :

• Update sets knowledge / management.
• dashboard creation / management.
• policy creation / management.
• check definition / instance creation / management.
• MID Server installation / management.
• Agent Client collector installation / management.
• event / alert management rule creation / management.
• Overall. ITOM troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good experience of scripting experience
• Should have great communication skills
• Open to Rotational shift with weekend on-call.
