About the Role :
- This is a full life cycle recruitment position with a focus on technical recruitment.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of career progression in recruitment and possess a deep understanding of IT labor categories and other IT technical terms.
Responsibilities :
Source, recruit, assess, select, and hire top talent for various IT positions.Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.Utilize industry-standard applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and databases to manage candidate pipelines.Ensure compliance with US work visa legislation and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Science, or Business required.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex recruitment challenges.Ability to negotiate salaries and benefits packages effectively.Excellent time management and organization skills to prioritize multiple recruitment tasks.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with CRM software.What We Offer :
