Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced
Media Planner
to design, execute, and optimize integrated media plans that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across digital and traditional platforms, deep analytical skills, and the ability to align media strategies with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement media strategies across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast channels.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform media plans.
Build media plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with campaign objectives.
Negotiate with media vendors / agencies to secure cost-effective placements.
Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Stay updated with new media trends, tools, and technologies.
Key Skills :
Strong knowledge of media platforms (digital & traditional).
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, Comscore, etc.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
