Job descriptionTeach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, and Taxation-related subjects. Develop and deliver course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assignments aligned with academic standards. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations. Guide students in research, internships, and practical learning projects. Stay updated with current industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching. Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in academic administration, seminars, workshops, and departmental activities. Publish papers, attend conferences, and engage in continuous professional development. Strong conceptual and analytical skills in finance and accounting. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, ERP, or accounting software is desirable. Research orientation and ability to mentor students effectively. Commitment to academic excellence and institutional values.

Experience Required : 5–8 Years
Qualification :
- Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (M.Com / CMA) from a reputed university.
- Candidates with a Ph.D or UGC-NET, or KCET qualification will be preferred.
