Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the sales process by understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include offering technical support to clients, conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships to drive sales growth. Collaboration with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targets is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to effectively manage client needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with team members and interact with customers professionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of laser technology and its industrial applications is a plus
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive customer satisfaction
