Job Title : Educator (GATE Aerospace Engineering) - Live & Recorded Lectures, Content Creation, Doubt Solving

Location : Remote / Studio-based (Depending on Platform Requirements)

Employment Type : Part-Time / Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to deliver live and recorded lectures for GATE Aerospace Engineering aspirants on YouTube and paid batches. The role involves creating high-quality content, providing video solutions for DPPs / tests, and resolving student doubts. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Live & Recorded Lectures (YouTube & Paid Batches)

  • Conduct interactive live and recorded lectures, ensuring clear and engaging delivery.
  • Develop and execute structured teaching plans aligned with the GATE syllabus.
  • Utilize digital tools (e.g., slides, animations) to enhance understanding.
  • Schedule and deliver sessions as per the academic calendar.
  • Foster student engagement through effective interaction during live classes.

2. Content Creation

  • Develop well-structured study materials, notes, and presentations.
  • Create topic-wise content catering to different learning levels (beginner to advanced).
  • Innovate teaching methodologies to simplify complex concepts.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to optimize resources.

    • 3. Video Recording of DPPs / Tests

  • Record comprehensive, step-by-step solutions for Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and test papers.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in problem-solving demonstrations.
  • Maintain high production quality in video content.
  • Work closely with the editing team to finalize content.

    • 4. Doubt Solving

  • Conduct live doubt-solving sessions and respond to student queries via forums or portals.
  • Provide clear and detailed solutions to enhance conceptual understanding.
  • Identify common student challenges and incorporate solutions into future lectures.
  • Ensure prompt and supportive responses to maintain a positive learning experience.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong subject expertise in GATE Aerospace Engineering .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, OBS Studio).
  • Ability to engage and connect with students in a virtual learning environment.
  • Experience in content creation and curriculum development is a plus.
  • Prior teaching experience (online or offline) preferred.
